- 1983 ESG bronze medal K-2 1000m
- 1984 US National Marathon team competed World Cup Shannon, Ireland ESG bronze medal K-2 500m and silver medal K-4 1000m
- 1985 US DR Nationals 2nd place in Masters, ESG bronze medal K-2 500m and silver medal K-4 1000m
- 1987 ESG silver medals K-2 and K-4 1000m
- 1988 Competed World DR Invitational Enza, Italy Canadian Masters gold medals K-2, K-2 mixed, K-4 500m, K-1 1000m; silver medal K-1 500m
- 1989 World Masters Games Denmark Gold medal K-2 mixed Silver medal K-2 marathon Silver medal K-4 500m, k-4 5000m

- 1996 Retired from active racing and focused on raising my son Tommy. Teaching WW kayak and organizing annual Salmon River WW Race

- Currently coaching and racing local and regional events. Won Adirondack kayak championships 2 years, 2nd last year. Bair island Wave Chaser ski race
- 2004 Shortsvile and Hudson WW derby 1st place.Great race. 2008 fastest boat split.

MS SUNY Oswego 1984 Science Experience 31 years of Public Education teaching Technology. Competed in Track and Field through college and post College record holder 4 x 400 event (still standing)1975 MVP. Raced and competed in many Nordic ski races
What you like about surfskis, surfski racing, paddling:

From my first paddle on lake Ontario in 1976, love being on water of any kind from nature tours, camping, up to class v whitewater adventure. Surfski racing combines the thrill of surfing and challenging your technical and physical skills. I was a surf skier even before they came out.
